On 10–11 June 2025, the GreenLead consortium met in Athens, Greece for its second transnational project meeting. Over two days, partners reviewed progress across work packages, discussed key deliverables, and aligned on the next steps for the project.

Key topics discussed:
Finalisation of the Green Leader professional profile and collection of data from SMEs and VET trainers.
Development of the GreenWorks Toolkit and a 5-module VET training course to support green transitions in SMEs.
Planning of learning materials, assessments, and practical case studies for the training course.
Review of the dissemination strategy, with a focus on boosting website reach and social media engagement.
Updates on financial management, quality assurance, and sustainability monitoring.

Next steps include finalising WP2 outputs, advancing the content and structure of the VET course, launching the GreenWorks Toolkit online, strengthening dissemination efforts, and continuing to embed sustainability measures throughout the project.
