On 11–12 May 2026, the GreenLead consortium met in Ljubljana, Slovenia, for its third transnational project meeting, hosted by the Jožef Stefan International Postgraduate School. Partners reviewed project progress, coordinated ongoing work, and planned the next steps for the successful implementation of the project.

✅ Development of the GreenWorks Toolkit.
✅ Project management, financial reporting, and coordination of upcoming tasks.
✅ Dissemination and exploitation activities, including the launch of a YouTube channel and promotional materials.
✅ Quality assurance, evaluation, and sustainability monitoring.

🏢 On the second day, partners visited Center Rog, Ljubljana’s innovation and creative hub, where they explored its programmes, laboratories, and workshops, gaining valuable insights into innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.

📌 Next steps include completing the pilot phase, finalising national reports, further developing the GreenWorks Toolkit, enhancing the GreenLead platform and training materials, and strengthening dissemination efforts to maximise the project’s impact across Europe.
